Position Overview

The Production Supervisor will own day‑to‑day production line operations, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, documentation, and regulatory compliance. The role leads approximately 40 team members, enforces GMP and HACCP requirements, analyzes yields and labor data, manages staffing, and drives continuous improvement in a structured, fast‑moving production environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day production line operations, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and proper documentation.
• Lead, motivate, and hold a team of approximately 40 staff accountable.
• Enforce GMP and HACCP standards and other regulatory requirements.
• Analyze yields, labor data, and other metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage staffing levels and shift rotation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the production environment.

Qualifications

Work Environment

• Must tolerate varying heat, wet, and chill conditions of the plant.
• Hearing and eye protection required in the production area.
• Hair and beard nets required in the production area.
• Production schedules plan to avoid most Saturday work and do not operate on Sundays.
