Job summary

Ethos in Milwaukee seeks a Production Supervisor to manage day-to-evening shifts and maintain safe, high-quality production. You will train and coach a team, monitor yields, and adjust processes to optimize efficiency.

A bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 2+ years of experience is required, with preference for food or beverage manufacturing background. You'll lead safety initiatives, ensure adherence to operations standards, and collaborate with managers to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience leading, training or mentoring staff.
• Food or beverage manufacturing background preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Willing to work long hours and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure safety, quality and efficiency.
• Lead safety audits and enforce HACCP and USDA regulations.
• Train and coach hourly staff on SOPs and equipment use.
• Monitor yields, variances and costs; partner with managers to optimize workflows.
• Direct daily floor activities and lead monthly line meetings.
• Ensure tasks meet product specifications and drive continuous improvement.
