Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead teams in our Charlotte facility. You will oversee receiving, warehousing, and production processes, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating with internal departments and outside vendors.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, a related degree, and a track record in continuous improvement. A bonus program is available based on performance and company plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in manufacturing/ distribution/ operations or completion of Sherwin-Williams Development Program in an Operations function.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, shipping, warehousing, and picking operations.
• Implement operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure effective and safe use of manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor quality and productivity to meet service and cost objectives.
• Plan the daily work schedule by coordinating with outside vendors and internal departments.
• Manage employee training, development, performance, and corrective action.
• Conduct regular workforce meetings to enhance the Business Management System and Operational Excellence.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects.
