Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily operations across manufacturing, filling, and warehouse areas. You will manage teams, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive improvements influencing productivity and costs.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in manufacturing, a relevant degree, and familiarity with continuous improvement tools. This on-site role in Nevada offers overtime potential and a performance bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• At least 1 year of work experience in manufacturing, distribution, operations, or completion of Sherwin-Williams Development Program in Operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, shipping, warehousing, and picking operations.
• Implement operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure effective and safe use of manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor quality and productivity to meet service and cost objectives.
• Plan the daily work schedule with vendors and internal departments.
• Manage employee training, development, performance, and corrective action.
• Conduct regular workforce meetings to enhance BMS and Operational Excellence.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects.
