Job summary

Elopak has recently built a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Little Rock. We are looking for a highly motivated, goal-oriented Night Shift Production Supervisor to join the team. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for the efficient and safe daily operation of the production lines while leading and developing employees.

Schedule 12 hour shifts 2-2-3; Salary $70-85k based on experience; benefits and PPE provided as part of our comprehensive program.

Qualifications

• 5 years management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production metrics and implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated advanced coaching/motivation and communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in safety, environmental policies and PPE requirements and ensures proper training per laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure quality products within established timeframes and cost standards.
• Monitor KPIs for efficiency, safety and cost management.
• Assist quality assurance through ongoing monitoring of procedures and regular testing.
• Provide input for materials management ensuring cost effective purchasing decisions and inventory control methods.
• Ensure required training in place and full compliance of all policies and procedures, health and safety standards on the production floor.
• Involvement in training, developing and coaching of employees.
• High level of communication and updates with Plant manager and operations team, daily and monthly.
