Job summary

Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage and coordinate shift operations, ensuring safety, quality, and sustainability standards are met while leading staff on the line.

The role requires lean manufacturing experience, 2–4 years related experience, and strong knowledge of manufacturing operations to achieve company objectives across our 25+ country footprint. MCC offers robust benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to plant and corporate safety rules, procedures and guidelines.
• Report safety concerns to the immediate supervisor and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Supervise the departments on specified shift to ensure effective and efficient operations.
• Oversee equipment operation and ensure resources are available as needed.
• Train associates on procedures, quality, safety, and company policies.
• Advise managers on personnel issues and manage time collection forms promptly.
• Ensure compliance with facility safety policies and regulatory standards (ISO, GMA SAFE, HACCP).

The Production Supervisor will manage and coordinate operations in the assigned area, ensuring compliance with safety, production, sustainability, and quality standards. Provide leadership and management to the staff on shift, guaranteeing the achievement of the company’s objectives and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all plant and corporate safety rules, procedures, and guidelines.
• Reports all safety concerns or issues to immediate supervisor.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Supervises the departments on specified shift to ensure effective and efficient.
• Operation of equipment and availability of necessary resources.
• Oversees and trains associates on all departmental procedures, quality procedures and all related work instructions, safety training and company policies.
• Advices managers on personnel issues.
• Manages time collection functions. This includes processing and/or submitting all forms on a timely basis.
• Ensures compliance with established facility safety policies and procedures and other regulations (IE: ISO, GMA SAFE, HAACP) as applicable.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, methods, and practices.

The physical demands require standing, using hands to finger, feel and touch; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear.This position requires frequent walking. Occasionally employee is required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.Specific vision requirements are close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
