Job summary

Aegis Worldwide is partnering with a reputable Illinois manufacturing firm to fill a Production Supervisor role in Antioch, IL. This position offers hands-on leadership with strong autonomy on the production floor.

You will oversee 50+ employees, drive continuous improvement through Lean, 5S, and safety practices, and review production data to address variances in collaboration with support teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience as a supervisor/lead in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Experience overseeing 50+ employees on the production floor.
• Proven success driving continuous improvement & Lean, 5S, Safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visual line checks to ensure product quality, proper labeling, and packaging of product.
• Review, collect and track production data, and report information and variances to management.
• Resolve daily production issues working closely with Customer Service, Purchasing and Logistics.
