Job Responsibilities
  1. Compensation (Range): $32/hour
  2. The Production Supervisor - Quality role involves supervisory leadership supported by on-the-job training, development, and career progression opportunities.
  3. Supervise a team producing manufactured products and organize workflow to meet quality and productivity standards.
  4. Foster good working relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members, leaders, business partners, and customers.
  6. Create a safety culture and enforce workplace policies.
  7. Administer the CBA (collective bargaining agreement) consistently and effectively.
  8. Evaluate team performance and promote continuous improvement.
  9. Communicate goals and utilize resources to address problems.
Job Requirements
  1. Maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
  2. Be an active listener and effective communicator.
  3. Commit to continuous improvement and apply innovative, customer-focused solutions.
  4. Establish a safety culture and enforce policies.
  5. Administer the CBA effectively.
  6. Value diverse opinions and perspectives.
  7. Willingness to work weekends and rotate shifts as needed.
  8. At least 1 year of supervisory or manufacturing experience.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  10. Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
  11. Preferred Experience: Safety and quality management, Six Sigma certification (Black or Green Belt), knowledge of constraint management, union workforce management.
  12. Required Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  13. Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree.
