Job description

Job Title: Production Supervisor

This role is based out of Burlington, WA, and offers a salary range of $78,000 to $85,000 per year, with eligibility for up to a 10% annual bonus. The position is full-time, seniority level is mid-senior, and involves managing production operations in the renewable energy industry, specifically solar cells and PV modules.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety compliance among all operations staff.
• Provide training and technical assistance to operational staff.
• Report defective or non-conforming products.
• Perform quality control and ensure traceability of products.
• Manage raw material stock levels.
• Coordinate with maintenance to resolve issues.
• Transfer shift information effectively.
• Report production, quality, and resource issues to management.
• Propose process improvements.
• Be capable of performing all production tasks and substituting for staff as needed.
• Work overtime as required.
• Minimize risks related to safety and quality.
• Enhance team engagement and equipment uptime.
• Achieve production goals and foster a cooperative team environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience as a production supervisor.
• Knowledge of process improvement, budgeting, and production standards.
• Leadership skills to manage teams and resolve personnel issues efficiently.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
• Experience with production planning, controls, instrumentation, and ERP/MRP systems is preferred.

Schedule Options:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM with rotating schedule.
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM with rotating schedule.
