Job summary

BlueWorx Staffing, LLC is assisting a private contract manufacturer in Tulsa, OK. The role leads a weekend night shift across cutting, forming, welding and assembly to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality. You’ll mentor staff, drive cross-training, and coordinate with scheduling and maintenance to meet customer commitments.

You’ll apply hands-on experience with laser cutting, CNC brakes, MIG/TIG welding, and robotic welding cells while fostering a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of fiber laser cutting, CNC press brakes, MIG/TIG welding and robotic welding cells.
• At least 2 years as a supervisor or team lead (off-shift experience is a plus).
• A solid grasp of production flow, quality expectations and safety practices.
• Clear communication, strong problem solving and a present leadership style.
• Preferred: Experience with ERP, warehouse control and electronic timekeeping systems; ability to read blueprints.

The role
