Position Overview

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, including the supervision of production employees, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and maintaining throughput to meet production targets in real time. This role ensures that shift goals are achieved efficiently, while fostering a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production staff to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets utilizing an internal ERP system
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and established work instructions
• Provide hands-on leadership—coach, train, and hold team members accountable to KPIs
• Monitor workflow and make real-time adjustments to avoid downtime or delays
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and inventory teams to resolve issues quickly
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions
• Enforce safety protocols and lead by example to promote a safety-first culture
• Handle conflict, performance concerns, and attendance issues promptly and professionally
• All other duties as assigned

Who you are

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further technical or leadership training is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of proven leadership experience in a supervisory role.
• Proficient MS Office, ERP systems, SAP is a plus
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma a plus
• General Understanding of ISO methodologies
• Strong understanding of production metrics, KPIs, and lean manufacturing principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead by example and make sound decisions under pressure
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs as needed
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
• Shift: 6am to 2:30pm, Monday-Friday
