Job summary

REAL ALLOY is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead shift operations at our facility. The role focuses on meeting production goals, ensuring quality and safety, and guiding a team to perform at a high level.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent with 2–4 years of related supervisory experience, strong communication, and analytical skills. Excel proficiency and leadership ability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent plus 2–4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate, problem solve and multi‑task. Must be able to influence and work effectively with all levels of employees.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis for scrap, downtime, or other processes.
• Ensure proper record keeping of shift activities through auditing.

Education or Experience Required
