Job description

REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third‑party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, we operate 17 plants across the United States, Mexico, and Canada, converting aluminum scrap and by‑products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing range of applications. Advanced technologies allow us to process various scrap and dross, reducing residual waste that would otherwise go to landfill.

Responsibilities

We are seeking entry‑level Operations Team Members to support production across our Sapulpa, OK site. Responsibilities include operating power equipment (forklifts, front‑end loaders), performing general cleaning and maintenance of plant equipment and property, and adhering to safety protocols. The plant runs 24/7 with two rotating 4‑week shifts (7 am‑7 pm and 7 pm‑7 am). Production crews work 4 days in a row followed by 4 days off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
• Ability to operate mobile equipment such as forklifts and loaders (preferred)
• Capacity for physical activities including walking, lifting, shoveling, skimming, sweeping, and general cleaning
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screen
