Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in packaging products and materials by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities
Drive Safety, Quality, and Productivity
Follow OSHA regulations including lock-out/tag-out process/procedures
Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
Reinforce PPE policies for certain areas of the facility requiring employees to wear steel toed shoes, hearing protection, safety glasses, hair nets/beard nets, etc.
Maintains quality standards by enforcing organizational standards.
Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures
