Sika Corporation is looking for Production Supervisors to join its growing team for the roofing business in Sealy, TX.A Production Supervisor at Sika is a professional who oversees operations on their shift. The individual must be able to delegate tasks, resolve problems, and ensure a smooth operation with their assigned team of machine operators. Also, oversight of Cross-functional Teams for improvement projects. This Leadership Development position provides an opportunity for advancement into management with advanced responsibilities in Operations.
