Compensation : $80,000 to $85,000 annually

Location : Santa Ana, CA

3rd Shift : 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Manage all production associate activities and provide support on the production line.
• Set daily workload schedules to efficiently manage the department, coordinating with internal departments to meet product and equipment needs.
• Maintain and inventory parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Complete daily and cycle count inventories accurately.
• Oversee start-up, safe operation, changeovers, shutdowns, and preventive maintenance of production equipment, including forklifts and other power tools.
• Verify work accuracy through QA checks and load-in/load-out verification.
• Maintain plant cleanliness and organization (5S).
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and governmental regulations.
• Report production activities and results regularly to management.
• Hire, train, and develop associates ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Flexibility to work weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior supervisory experience in a production environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of production equipment, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and team-building skills.
• Ability to understand and adhere to QA testing protocols.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
