Job summary

Duro-Last, a brand of Amrize Building Envelope, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee PVC product fabrication and the flow of materials. You will work with the Operations Manager and Production Coordinator to prioritize jobs and meet customer demand while driving teamwork and continuous improvement.

This role requires leadership in a quota-driven environment, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple work centers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of Duro-Last operations or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate, implement and enforce health, safety and environmental policies across all areas.
• Promote a safety-first culture and address near-miss reports.
• Supervise production, stockroom, and shipping staff on the shop floor.
• Understand inputs/outputs to predict lead times accurately.
• Coordinate production priorities and quality with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead continuous improvement and corrective action projects with leadership.

Join the Duro-Last team, a brand of Amrize Building Envelope and the world’s largest manufacturer of custom-fabricated commercial roofing solutions. We're seeking a Production Supervisor who's ready to be part of an innovative, people-first brand shaping the future of the roofing industry.

About The Role

The Accessories Production Supervisor oversees the custom fabrication of PVC roofing products, the coordination of raw materials, and the transfer of finished goods. They will work with the Operations Manager and the Production Coordinator to prioritize jobs across different work centers to meet customer demand. They will be a key figure in driving the culture of teamwork and continuous improvement across the facility.

Responsibilities & Tasks

• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.
• Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
• Along with the leadership team, monitors and addresses near miss reports.
• Covers floor supervision duties overseeing production, stockroom, and shipping employees
• Understands process inputs and outputs to accurately predict lead time.
• Serves as a point person for shop floor questions regarding production priorities and quality.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate within their own and other departments.
• Works with the leadership team on continuous improvement / corrective action projects.
• Root cause / corrective action activities as needed for any safety incident or quality escape.
• Computer use for managing payroll and production control systems.

What We’re Looking For

Education:

High School or equivalent

Required Work Experience:

3 years of Duro-Last operations or prior supervisory experience.

Required Computer and Software Skills:

Basic computer skills. Experience with Amrize related systems is a plus.
