Position: Production Supervisor
Location: Rhome, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Mon-Thurs 7am-5pm, Friday 7am-12noon

We are actively seeking an experienced bilingual Production Supervisor to join our team in Rhome, TX. This hands-on leadership role is critical to daily operations, responsible for overseeing the production floor, maintaining workflow efficiency, and driving performance goals—all while ensuring a safe and productive environment. Candidates must have a strong understanding of industrial maintenance, as they will serve as the first line of defense when machinery malfunctions or production issues arise.

Key Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (heavily preferred)
• 3+ years of proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Background in food production is a strong plus
• Solid knowledge of production operations, safety standards, and quality control procedures
• Experience with industrial maintenance or equipment troubleshooting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels
• Effective problem-solver with the ability to make timely decisions under pressure
• Ability to lead and train a diverse team in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support production staff, including training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management
• Serve as the first point of contact for equipment breakdowns, troubleshooting, and escalation
• Oversee daily operations to ensure productivity, quality, and safety benchmarks are met
• Coordinate labor and shift assignments based on production demands
• Reduce downtime and ensure production goals are achieved
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers regarding job progress, concerns, and updates
• Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

Additional Details:

• Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
• Shift: First
• Work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM
• Education: High School
