Job description

Cozy Harbor Seafood Inc, based in Portland, Maine, is a premium seafood supplier specializing in seafood processing with concentration in primary processing of crab products, lobster tails, lobster meat, and live lobster distribution across the US, Canada, Asia, and Europe. The company prioritizes freshness and quality, sourcing directly from the Gulf of Maine and North Atlantic.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor at Cozy Harbor Seafood Inc in Portland, ME. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing production schedules, planning production activities, managing the production process of ready to eat products, and facilitating communication among team members.

Additional Information

This is not a 9-5 workday, 40 hour per week position. Seasonal availability and weather play a major role in the process, which means there will be times when six-day work weeks and/or long hours are required to process the catch while it is fresh.
