Your Mission:

  • Lead day-to-day packaging and warehouse operations-schedule, prioritize, and keep things moving.

  • Oversee the picking, packing, labeling, and staging of products for shipment.

  • Drive quality and safety with high standards and attention to detail.

  • Manage inventory accuracy, material flow, and storage organization.

  • Mentor and support your crew, helping them grow and succeed.

  • Communicate with leadership, report issues, and offer smart solutions.

  • Maintain a clean, secure, and organized warehouse and packaging area.

  • Identify ways to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and meet shipping timelines.


What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, packaging, or manufacturing environment.

  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety practices.

  • Ability to lead by example and make confident, data-driven decisions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong organizational skills and a hands-on mindset.
