Job summary

Tri-Arc Manufacturing LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Blawnox, PA plant. You will lead welders, fabricators, and machine operators, ensuring flow, safety, and quality while developing the team.

The role is hands-on, with accountability for on-time ship dates and continuous improvement on the shop floor. Experience in welding and leadership is highly valued, with a schedule of Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM and occasional early starts or Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Welding background (MIG) is a big plus.
• Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of work across the production floor so daily goals are met and orders ship on time.
• Lead, train, and develop your team, including giving regular performance feedback.
• Adjust staffing to meet production needs without sacrificing safety or quality.
• Spend time on the floor every shift, solving problems and removing roadblocks.
• Track key metrics like on-time delivery, productivity, and scrap.
• Manage scheduling, attendance, and timekeeping for your team.
• Work with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Shipping to keep orders moving.
• Promote a strong safety culture and lead continuous improvement efforts (5S, lean).

About the Role

Schedule

Requirements

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• A welding background, especially MIG, is a big plus

• High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred)
