Job summary

Tri-Arc Manufacturing is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our shop floor team in Blawnox, PA. You’ll guide welders, fabricators, and machine operators, keeping production moving and ensuring on-time shipment.

You’ll spend time on the floor, mentor your crew, and adjust staffing to meet production needs while upholding safety and quality standards. Join a long‑standing maker of steel and aluminum ladders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Welding background, especially MIG, is a big plus.
• Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comfortable with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when business requires.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of work across the production floor so daily goals are met and orders ship on time.
• Lead, train, and develop your team, including giving regular performance feedback.
• Adjust staffing to meet production needs without sacrificing safety or quality.
• Spend time on the floor every shift, solving problems and removing roadblocks.
• Track key metrics like on‑time delivery, productivity, and scrap.
• Manage scheduling, attendance, and timekeeping for your team.
• Work with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Shipping to keep orders moving.
• Promote a strong safety culture and lead continuous improvement efforts (5S, lean).

About the Role

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. Hours may vary with production needs, including occasional 5:00 AM starts and Saturday's
