You will manage production staff, monitor workflows, implement improvements, coordinate with maintenance, analyze data, and uphold safety standards while reporting to leadership.

This role is responsible for overseeing production staff, driving performance, and maintaining production standards in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:
