Job summary

Red River Brick, part of the General Shale network, seeks a Production Supervisor for its Union City, OK facility. You will lead production teams in a highly automated environment, driving safety, quality, and operational excellence.

You’ll coordinate with maintenance, analyze processes, and plan schedules to maximize uptime and efficiency. This role emphasizes a strong safety culture and long-term career growth with General Shale.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage and develop employees.
• Solid computer skills and mechanical aptitude in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with PLCs, robotics, or automated systems is a plus.

• Higher education and/or relevant supervisory or manufacturing experience.
