Job summary

• Foster a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with safety policies and company standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance to schedule and oversee equipment repairs, ensuring uptime and reliability.
• Analyze processes and use problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement.
• Plan and organize production schedules to maximize equipment performance and workforce efficiency.
• Oversee production inventory accuracy, including physical counts and adjustments.
