Job summary

General Shale Brick, Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a highly automated production facility. You will drive safety, quality, and operational excellence while coordinating with maintenance and driving continuous improvement.

You’ll manage schedules, inventory accuracy, and team development, with emphasis on strong leadership and bilingual communication as a plus. This full-time role offers growth within a stable manufacturing organization.

Qualifications

• Solid computer skills and mechanical aptitude in manufacturing.
• Experience with PLCs, robotics, or automated systems is a plus.
