Job description

Now hiring a Production Supervisor for a company in Brunswick.

Monday – Thursday, 5am – 3pm.

Weekly pay up to $28 per hour, depending on experience.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for both the morning and evening shifts and may be required to be present during the evening in extreme circumstances. The Production Supervisor will be required to respond to calls and texts after hours if a problem arises on the evening shift.

Job Duties:

• Manage and monitor all production employees and redirect when necessary.
• Create production schedules and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Assist with the operation of extruders and milling machinery.
• Communicate daily with management, HR, shipping, and customer service.
• Train all production employees and shift employees as needed for production.
• Resolve disputes between employees and enforce disciplines as needed.
• Monitor all attendance/time records and complete employee reviews.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of extrusion and milling processes.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate and lead a team.
