Qualifications

• USDA-regulated or SQF-certified facility experience preferred.
• Comfortable on the production floor, including refrigerated areas, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own daily production schedules, staffing, equipment readiness, and workflow.
• Coach production employees and enforce safety, quality, and output.
• Monitor labor productivity, yields, waste, and downtime; resolve bottlenecks.
• Enforce food safety, sanitation, allergen control, and GMP requirements.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse for improvements.
• Maintain accurate production records and support cost control.
