Qualifications

• Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and develop production employees and team leads.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of customer orders.

• Conduct shift meetings and communicate production goals and performance expectations.
• Monitor staffing levels and coordinate labor resources to meet production demands.
• Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and waste.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning teams to improve operational performance.
• Maintain accurate production reports, attendance records, and performance metrics.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity.

Salary: $70,000-$80,000 annually (DOE)

Are you an experienced Production Supervisor with a background in food manufacturing? We are seeking a hands-on leader to oversee daily production operations, drive efficiency, ensure food safety compliance, and lead a high-performing production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency goals are achieved.

• Multi-shift manufacturing operations experience.
