Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Production Supervisor at Chelsea Building Products' Oakmont, PA facility. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations, managing production schedules and planning, ensuring effective communication between team members and departments, and overall production management to meet quality and efficiency goals.

• MUST have ability to work 12-hour shifts, 223 schedule, including working weekends on a bi-weekly basis.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Production Management
• Experience in Production Schedules and Production Planning
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate and collaborate with team members and departments
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to analyze production metrics and make data-driven decisions
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address production issues and implement process improvements
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
