Production Supervisor (Night Shift 6 PM start)

Salary: $65,000-$75,000/year

We are seeking two 2nd Shift Production Supervisors based in Pittsburgh, PA.

The Production Supervisor will monitor and coordinate plant floor activities during the shift, ensure production schedules are met, and minimize back orders. The shift typically lasts 8-12 hours. Responsibilities include supervising employees, training new hires, ensuring product quality, and addressing production issues.

Skills You Bring:

• High School Diploma; two-year degree preferred
• Minimum five years’ experience in architectural glass manufacturing, with tempering and fabrication experience preferred
• Two years of supervisory experience or equivalent training/education

Responsibilities:

• Train new team members
• Multi-task efficiently, stay organized, accurate, and accountable
• Provide feedback and development for team members
• Mentor and coach employees individually and in groups
• Adapt to changing business and departmental needs
