Join to apply for the Manufacturing Supervisor - Backshift role at Curtiss-Wright Corporation

We are looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to join our Pittsburgh (Cheswick) location. The position will most likely be on a back shift (2nd and 3rd) for some duration.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage a team of represented employees and maintain product flow throughout the factory.
• Oversee machining operations, and potentially assembly or welding oversight.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in production processes.
• Develop production schedules, manage resources, and supervise staff development.
• Maintain compliance with safety, housekeeping, and work policies.
• Lead initiatives in safety, lean manufacturing, 6S, and quality improvement.
• Communicate objectives and results effectively to team members and management.

Your Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five years' experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in machining, with knowledge of MasterCam and CNC machining is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to work back shifts and weekends.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain DOD security clearance.
