Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead production, packaging, and sanitation efforts on a 6pm–6am schedule at North East, PA. You’ll drive CI initiatives, coordinate with maintenance and quality, and ensure safety and GMP compliance while meeting daily production objectives.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A GED is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production, packaging, processing, sanitation, and warehouse teams.
• Plan daily operations, changeovers, and schedules using SAP.
• Coach associates for performance, development, and training.
• Promote CI using 5S, root cause analysis, and Gemba walks.
• Ensure safety, quality, GMPs, sanitation, and food safety policies.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and inventory for smooth operations.

This position facilitates execution of daily production activities and implementation of action plans that address systemic issues and drive long-term success.
