Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations on the 3rd shift in North East, PA. This role oversees inventory, personnel, equipment, and shipping/receiving, while training staff and ensuring SOP compliance.

Responsibilities include developing efficient processes, managing audits, and reporting to leadership. Strong SAP experience, forklift training, and willingness to work nights/weekends are required.

Responsibilities

  • Train current and new employees on SAP shipping/receiving processes.
  • Oversee shipping/receiving paperwork per SOPs and audits.
  • Lead interviews and hiring for warehouse staff.
  • Maintain and update job descriptions and SOPs.
  • Develop and implement sustainable warehouse processes.
  • Coordinate forklift training and alchemy program adherence.
  • Produce analytical reports for leadership review.
  • Support food safety, quality, and maintenance programs.
  • Manage warehouse equipment upkeep and cycle counts.
  • Ensure effective communication with team and process owners.
