Job summary

Kane Partners LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct daily operations at a premier food manufacturing facility in the New Oxford, PA area. You will drive production, quality, and safety initiatives while leading a dedicated team on fast-paced shifts, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in production and a track record of coaching staff, with familiarity of GMPs/HACCP and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in production/manufacturing/operational roles (Food manufacturing preferred).
• Union experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production operations to meet customer demand and goals.
• Coach and develop staff while enforcing company policies and bargaining agreement guidelines.
• Ensure food safety, GMPs, HACCP, sanitation, and OSHA standards in partnership with QA.
• Collaborate with Inventory, Purchasing, Shipping, and Sales to streamline operations.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Production & Efficiency: Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily workflow, labor utilization, and schedules to meet customer demand and operational goals.
• Lead & Develop: Supervise, train, coach, and motivate production staff while administering company policies and collective bargaining agreement guidelines fairly.
• Champion Safety & Quality: Ensure strict compliance with food safety, GMPs, HACCP, sanitation, and OSHA standards in partnership with Quality Assurance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Inventory, Purchasing, Shipping, and Sales to streamline operations and support continuous improvement efforts.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3-5 years in production, manufacturing, or operational environments (Food manufacturing preferred).
• Leadership: Proven track record of managing, training, and directing teams in a fast-paced environment. Union experience is a plus.
• Industry Knowledge: High school diploma or equivalent (Degree in Operations, Food Science, or Business preferred). Strong understanding of GMPs, HACCP, and USDA standards.
• Tech & Org Skills: Proficiency with MS Word/Excel, strong multi-tasking capabilities, and solid operational decision-making skills.
