Willamette Egg Farms LLC in Mount Victory, Ohio, seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee partial production operations, animal welfare, flock management, bird scheduling, and movement. Qualifications

• 2+ years of poultry production experience with at least 1 year as lead/supervisor.
• Ability to work in various climate conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of poultry husbandry, animal welfare regulations, and biosecurity protocols.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends and holiday hours as required based on production demand

Job Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for the management of partial production operations at a designated site. The purpose of this role is to oversee areas of animal welfare, flock management, bird scheduling, and movement. This person will provide oversight of day-to-day operations and work with specialty leaders and teams on activities, projects, and issues that address production personnel, financial, processing, feed management, and other production matters to ensure priorities are successfully addressed.

Essential Job Functions

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural or a related field
• Previous poultry or in large-scale animal agriculture industry experience.
• Feed Haul and Feed Mill management, breeder and broiler production or hatchery operations experience
• Experience in lean manufacturing or process improvement initiatives.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
