Permobil, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our Washington-based manufacturing team and ensure safe, efficient production. The role focuses on supervising operators, coordinating daily activities, and driving improvements in process efficiency and quality.

• Supervise and support production team members in attendance, training, task execution, and employee relations.
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets and quality standards.
• Monitor material flow to ensure timely availability of parts and supplies.
• Drive continuous improvement focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and product quality.
• Participate in daily/weekly production meetings to communicate priorities and resolve issues.
• Ensure production processes follow lean principles and standard work practices.
• Support compliance with site rules, regulations, and policies.

Your Role in Our Mission

• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational goals.

What You'll Bring

• Familiarity with visual management tools and production tracking systems.
• Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in a production setting.
• Experience with automated production machinery, hand tools, power tools, and fabricating equipment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to train and motivate team members effectively.
• Problem-solving ability to address issues such as material shortages, equipment malfunctions, and workflow disruptions.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Supervision experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to positively lead and mentor employees to meet production, quality and safety goals.
• Ability to positively and effectively communicate across all levels within the organization.
• Proficiency in the English language (written and oral).
