Who are we looking for …

Uncle Ray’s Is looking for a Production Supervisor in our Montgomery City MO facility to support our evolving Production team.We’re looking for a candidate who has enthusiasm for learning new skills and helping people, as well as expertise in a production environment.

As a Production Supervisor, you will work closely with the Production Management, Quality Assurance Team members and Packaging/Processing Team members.

·Provide inspired leadership for the organization.

·Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.

·Support and participate in the plant’s SQF and food safety programs.

·Oversee daily activities of assigned shift. Maintain daily communications with all areas of production, maintenance, procurement, warehouse, and management teams.

·Oversee the progress of all areas of production to meet the daily production schedule.

·Monitor performance of production personnel to ensure they are following Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP’s), SQF standards, and safety always.

·Visually inspect products to ensure quality, look, and taste that meets or exceeds the customer expectation.

·Carry out HACCP, SQF, personnel, and safety policies while maintaining discipline within the plant.

·Perform other various job functions as may be assigned.

·Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of production processes.

·Look for opportunities to assist operators and production team members to ensure peak efficiency throughout the line.

·Assist with preparation and organization of the next day’s production efforts.

·Leads monthly inventory counts.

These skills and discipline are just a few to mention, candidates should have a Bachelors, Experience, or Certificates in one or more of the following fields of study Engineering, Technology, Operations Management, and/or Business Administration.Familiarity with personal computers, ERP systems, MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint, and Outlook is highly encouraged.
