Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 based upon experience with an annual incentive bonus

Work Hours:

4:00 pm - 4:00 am (press) 4-crew {36 hours week 1 and 48 hours per week 2, work only half the days in a year!

Role: Manufacturing Supervisor

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will:

• Set direction and tone as a front line leader for employees involved in printing or binding printed products
• Make operational decisions to ensure efficient and quality processing
• Provide instruction, coaching, and development to employees
• Create, implement, and audit work processes that continually evolve and improve
• Seek out, suggest, and implement automated and other enhancements to processes and workflows
• Source and analyze data to address gaps or maximize opportunities to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity
• Ensure equipment maintenance and adequate stocks of required supplies and raw materials

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment delivering solutions
