What You'll Be Doing
Overseeing daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards; develop and implement strategies to improve performance metrics.
Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement and drive performance; monitor, analyze, and drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve business objectives.
Implementing safety protocols, enforcing safe operations, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Coordinating with maintenance teams to minimize downtime; identifying maintenance requirements and building purchase orders.
Leading and mentoring production staff to achieve performance goals.
What Are We Looking For
Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in mining, construction, or related industries.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; can translate guidance and intent into action.
Ability to analyze and interpret production data and make recommendations on production and maintenance planning.
