Production Supervisor – Mills River – 1^st Shift – Up to $65K

PrideStaff is currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor for 1^st Shift for a manufacturing company located in Mills River.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our powder coating and e-coat operations
• This individual will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and operators, ensuring quality, safety, efficiency, and compliance with all production and environmental standards
• Supervise day-to-day operations of the powder and e-coat lines
• Optimize line utilization to ensure maximum line density and efficient production runs
• Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet daily schedules
• Monitor and maintain coating quality standards, including thickness, adhesion, and cure
• Troubleshoot and resolve process or equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
• Train, coach, and develop team members to achieve high performance and engagement
• Manage inventory of coatings, chemicals, and supplies
• Track and report key performance metrics such as throughput, rework, and productivity
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodologies

• Ability to read technical documents such as blueprints, coating specifications, and work orders

Hours of Work: 1^st Shift – 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 Per Year
