BIC World in Milford, CT is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead 2nd shift production teams, ensuring daily plans, quality targets and safety standards are met.

You will enforce standardized work, monitor performance and scrap, drive continuous improvement, and maintain a safe workplace by complying with regulations.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing supervision, strong communication, leadership and a data-driven mindset to analyze KPIs and resolve issues.

Job Summary

• Maintain payroll records through ADP for responsible departments.

Candidate Profile: Qualifications / Technical Skills

• 3-5 years in manufacturing supervision, preferably consumer products, with exposure to safety and quality systems.
• Self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills ; ability to effectively prepare and deliver reports and presentations.
• Ability to lead and function in a team environment, while effectively communicating across various levels of the organization.
• Proven leadership and people management skills, ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams.
• Data driven mindset : experience with KPI’s, root cause analysis and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, organization, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks
