Job summary

Race Winning Brands, Mentor, Ohio, seeks a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead hourly manufacturing associates and oversee operations in the assigned area. You’ll drive safety, quality, and productivity while coaching the team and coordinating with the Operations Team to meet customer demand.

You will train and develop staff, troubleshoot processes, and lead continuous improvement activities. Expect a fast-paced environment with emphasis on safety, accountability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading people in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma plus two years of specialized training or education, such as a certified program or technical or business college, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of gauging, measurement and quality practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication with managers and associates.

Requirements

As a 2nd shift production supervisor, you'll lead a team of hourly manufacturing associates and oversee all operations in your assigned area. You'll work with the Operations Team to meet customer demand and the goals of our brands. You'll be accountable for your team's productivity, quality and performance, and you'll help them grow through training and continuous improvement.

What You Bring
