The Production Supervisor will oversee a team of production employees, manage activities according to schedules, and ensure unit goals are met. They will ensure compliance with safety and operational policies, maintain standards in safety, food safety, housekeeping, attendance, operational discipline, process safety management, and maintenance. The role involves communication across all levels, responding to personnel, operational, safety, and environmental incidents.

Responsibilities include:

1. Model, set expectations, and promote accountability aligned with IFF Core Values.
2. Provide 24/7 production support through shift rotation; act as the first contact for production issues and emergencies.
3. Ensure safety by executing site safety policies, conducting audits, and investigating incidents.
4. Lead production teams across multiple units, coordinate priorities, and troubleshoot process and mechanical issues.
5. Collaborate with technical resources to resolve production issues and pursue continuous improvement.
6. Manage team performance, staffing, overtime, appraisals, and resolve performance issues.
7. Maintain accurate electronic employee data and timekeeping records.
8. Support team development through training, mentorship, and coaching.
