To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Production Supervisor located in Memphis, TN.

Reporting to the manager, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for directing manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines in a highly technical environment, ensuring they reach volume, quality, and cost goals.

Shift: 06:00 - 15:00, First Shift (Mon - Sat)

What a typical day looks like:

1. Manage a team of professionals (operators, pickers, and packers) to meet quality, cost, delivery, and SLA for the customer.
2. Review daily plant performance, evaluate impacting factors, and advise on operational improvements.
3. Troubleshoot operational problems and coach operators to improve performance and understanding.
4. Evaluate and develop plant improvement ideas with engineers.
5. Provide technical advice to project teams.
6. Act as interface between operations and maintenance.
7. Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
8. Participate in process development and cost improvement projects.
9. Maintain a safe, clean work environment, ensuring safety guidelines are followed and personnel are trained and certified.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in production and manufacturing.
2. At least 6 years of operations experience, preferably in a logistics environment.
