Weyerhaeuser in Magnolia, MS is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead a shift of hourly associates, focusing on safety, quality and on-time production. The role requires coordinating with Maintenance, planning crews, and delivering operational objectives while coaching the team for peak performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Forestry, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related degree or equivalent combo
• 3 years' supervisory or leadership experience in production or manufacturing
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and electronic communication skills
• Strong planning, organization and facilitation skills
• Willing and able to work all shifts, including weekends
• Sawmill or wood products experience preferred

DescriptionOur McComb, MS lumber mill has an immediate opening for a Production Supervisor. This is a full-time, salaried exempt position. This position provides excellent growth potential and opportunities for advancement.This position will lead a shift of hourly associates to achieve excellence in safety, quality and production. You will be responsible for safely planning, organization, delivering operational objectives, and coordinating with Maintenance to drive continuous improvement in the manufacturing process.Our state-of-the-art mill produces high-quality Southern Yellow Pine lumber used for residential construction throughout the Southern USA. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 7% of base pay.
