Job summary

WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the remanufacturing process, lead production technicians, and ensure safety, quality, and efficient product flow. The role focuses on continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration across Quality and Supply Chain teams.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and has 5+ years in assembly operations in high-reliability environments, with ERP experience (ServiceMax A+).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in assembly operations in aerospace, automotive or other high­-reliability manufacturing environments.
• Experience with ERP systems and ServiceMax A+.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules, quality, and safety standards.
• Train, mentor and manage the production team to foster accountability and continuous growth.
• Assess capacity issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.
• Collaborate with Quality and Supply Chain teams to resolve production issues and optimize processes.
• Troubleshoot remanufacturing problems and determine corrective actions.
• Monitor employee performance and provide timely feedback.
• Support inventory records and ensure accurate stock of remanufactured machines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the warehouse.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the assembly remanufacturing process to ensure efficient and accurate product flow. This role will lead and guide production technicians, maintain safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support operational goals and customer satisfaction.

Estimated Salary: $71,000 to $85,000 per year based on qualifications and experience. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, and responsibilities.

What you will do:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Train, mentor, and manage team of production employees, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth & improvement.
• Supervises and assesses capacity issues, and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Quality, Supply Chain) to resolve production issues and optimize processes.
• Troubleshoots remanufacturing problems and determines corrective action when necessary.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing regular feedback and addressing performance issues promptly.
• Collaborate with supporting departments to ensure efficient product flow Monitor remanufacturing productivity, KPIs, (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery) performance
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Supports accurate inventory records of remanufactured machines and ensure accurate stock records
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards
• Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the warehouse
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Service teams to meet business objectives
• Supports preventive maintenance programs
• Supports workplace safety programs and emergency preparedness activities

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in assembly operations in aerospace, automotive, or other high-reliability manufacturing environments
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures and function; Able to clearly share expertise and transfer technical knowledge to others.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated success working collaboratively across departments and functions
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management tools
• Knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance requirements
• Experience with ERP systems, ServiceMax A+
