WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the remanufacturing process, lead production technicians, and ensure safety, quality, and efficient product flow. The role focuses on continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration across Quality and Supply Chain teams.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and has 5+ years in assembly operations in high-reliability environments, with ERP experience (ServiceMax A+).

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the assembly remanufacturing process to ensure efficient and accurate product flow. This role will lead and guide production technicians, maintain safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support operational goals and customer satisfaction.
Estimated Salary: $71,000 to $85,000 per year based on qualifications and experience. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, and responsibilities.
