Job summary

Freudenberg Group, a global technology leader, invites experienced manufacturing supervisors to join its Klüber Lubrication division. The role emphasizes leading production teams, improving processes, and ensuring safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced plant environment.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with production planning and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Understanding of OSHA and workplace safety requirements.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
