Salary: Up to $68,000 base salary based on experience and qualifications

We are currently seeking Experienced Production Supervisors for:

• 2nd shift: Monday - Friday from 3pm-11pm
• 3rd shift: Sunday - Thursday from 11pm-7am

Production Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

Supervise team leads and machine operators, organize and monitor workflow to manufacture products.

Job Duties:

• Achieve manufacturing results by communicating expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising performance; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; enforcing policies and procedures.
• Manage up to 25 associates.
• Orient and train staff, develop growth opportunities.
• Maintain workflow by monitoring process steps, setting variables, observing control points and equipment, studying methods, and implementing cost reductions.
• Schedule and assign personnel, monitor progress, revise schedules, resolve problems, and report results.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure equipment operation through logs and follow-up repairs.
• Compile and analyze production data, answer questions, and respond to requests.
• Develop and revise systems and procedures, implement changes.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, ensure compliance with policies.
• Resolve personnel issues, contribute to team efforts.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in supervision, coaching, process management, production planning, controls and instrumentation, dealing with complexity, and strong literacy and computer skills required.
