Maola Local Dairies, owned by a cooperative of passionate family farmers, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee our dairy production operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of production staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Collaborate with Department Managers to implement and evaluate continuous improvement practices.
• Analyze equipment-related issues and facilitate communication between maintenance and staff.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to meet quality and accuracy standards.
• Monitor inventories of packaging, ingredients, and finished products.
• Enforce sanitation procedures and verify compliance with GMP and SOPs.
• Conduct sensory testing on finished products.
• Document activities according to SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Oversee training and evaluation of new staff members.
• Manage scheduling and staff coverage as per SOPs.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of management and departments.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 1-2 years of operational leadership experience in food manufacturing.
• Experience in the dairy industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of CIP and COP procedures.
• Experience in developing SOPs and sanitation standards.
• Familiarity with HTST processing.
